1. Puppy Return Eligibility

We accept puppy returns under the following conditions:

• The return request is made within 14 days of adoption.
• The puppy is in good health, without any injuries or illnesses caused post-adoption.
• The adopter provides a valid reason for the return (e.g., severe allergies, unexpected life changes, or incompatibility with the household).
• The puppy has not been resold, rehomed, or neglected.

2. Health-Related Returns

• If a health issue is discovered within 7 days of adoption that was not disclosed at the time of adoption, we require a licensed veterinarian’s report to assess the situation.
• In cases of genetic or hereditary health conditions diagnosed within the first six months, we may offer an exchange for another puppy if available.

3. Refund & Exchange Policy

• Refunds: Partial refunds may be issued depending on the reason for the return and the condition of the puppy.
• Exchanges: If an adopter wishes to exchange their puppy for another, we will assess the situation and determine eligibility based on availability.

• We do not accept returns based on personal preference changes after the adjustment period.
